Hours:  Normally 1pm to 9pm.  A well qualified person may have some flexibility.

Pay:  Starts at $12.00 per hour and goes up to a salary of $155,000 per year.  Pay based upon production.

Working up loan programs for homeowners in the Chicagoland area.  Leads provided by telemarketers and direct mail.  Excellent math and sales skills are required.  Math test required for position.

Hours:  Flexible between 9am and 9pm.  Monday thru Saturday.

Pay:  $12.00 per hour + Commission + Bonus (average pay $17.00 per hour)

Description: 

Calling homeowners in the Chicagoland area to see if they are interested in refinancing their homes in order to save money on their monthly payments.  We accomplish this by reducing their interest rates on their current home and also by consolidating their consumer debt into a tax deductible mortgage.  As a telemarketer, you get some basic information from the client and pass it onto your manager.  Future contact with the client is handled by a professional Loan Officer or Loan Originator.

Hours:  9am to 5pm.  Monday thru Friday

Pay:  $500 / funded loan.  Weekly draw of $500.00. 

Description:

A loan processor is responsible for taking a loan application and turning it into a closing and then funding.  This is accomplished by obtaining information from the client and sending it to an underwriter for review.  This also includes obtaining loan payoff letters, verification of employment, verification of mortgage, homeowners insurance policy, etc.  Experience is preferred but not required.
